Our Conference facilities are nestled amongst the vines with a view over the rolling hills.

Our venue consists of a range of spaces that can be utilised or the whole venue can be used. Highland Heritage Estate has won several coveted awards from the Restaurant and Catering Association for the Blue Mountains and Central West District, including Best Function Centre Caterer.

Dance Floor

Conference Set Up eg: U-shape – max. 30 people
Theatre Style – max. 45 people
Dinner Set Up – max. 50 people

Bar Area

Entrance area to venue, with access to verandah.

Can be used as morning tea or lunch area.

Churcher Room

Seated – 1 long table up to 16 people.

Small glass room on balcony, with access to verandah.

Can be used as a small meeting room or break out room.


Theatre Style – max. 100 people – main area with views of the vineyard
Dinner Set Up – max. 134 people
Cocktail Party (Stand up) – max. 200 people

Venue Hire

$400.00 per day or part there of. This price is inclusive of our equipment hire ie. Projector screen, lectern, microphone and white board.
